Housing Administrative Assistant

Bayview is seeking a full-time, 32 hours/week Housing Administrative Assistant to help administer the day-to-day operations of the housing department. This position includes assisting with annual resident recertifications, working with residents on compliance matters, ensuring the upkeep of the property, and developing positive relationships with residents and community members. Experience with affordable housing, including Project Based Section 8 and Low Income Tax Credit Program, is highly desired. Learn more about this position and how to apply.

Development Coordinator (Full-Time)

The Development Coordinator will help to generate awareness about Bayview to create, renew, and strengthen relationships with donors, foundations, corporations and supporters. This position will work closely with the Development Director to identify funding opportunities and develop, write, submit and track grant proposals. The Development Coordinator will also support strategies for increased recognition and revenue through donor cultivation, stewardship, and communications. Elementary Program Leader

Program Leaders work directly with children who participate in Bayview’s Elementary After School Program which focuses on social emotional development, educational success, and physical health. Maintenance Lead (Full-Time)

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the upkeep, repair, rehab, and maintenance of Bayview’s housing units, community center, campus amenities, and grounds.
